KURROS develops optimized concepts for hotels and meeting facilities based on market fundamentals. We have worked on hundreds of projects and know what is needed to create strong concepts that can generate solid returns over time. For new developments, we construct complete designs from the bottom up. For redevelopments, we optimize existing designs and floor space. Concept development is always based on a detailed analysis of the site, market and the needs of potential operators. Our proposed concepts include a site program; specifying required facilities,how to configure their dimensions and locations for optimal operation, logistics, and customer satisfaction. Our proposals highlight critical flows and linkages and guide on-site position, quality level, and overall structure to facilitate profitable operations.
